He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Pamela A. James was a craftsman working with plastics and as a tooland-die maker employed with Dassault Falcon Jet. He also enjoyed watching old movies and old television shows. He loved animals and was an avid deer hunter. James became an Eagle Scout at the age of 15. He grew up in NorthLittle Rock and after serving four years in the Marine Corps settled in the Landmark Community of South Pulaski County. He was born on Februin Mishawaka, Indiana, the second of four sons born to the late William and Louise Heavner.
