My neighbor’s window guy came over and gave me a quote and it would have only been about $90.00 for the whole house (inside and out). Why would I spend my time and effort to clean my windows when the backyard was dirt, ya know? Well, for Mother’s day, my hubby asked me what I wanted, and I told him that I wanted the windows professionally cleaned. My backyard is finally done, and that used to be my excuse as to why my windows were filthy. I have now lived in my house for two years. Making a homemade window cleaner with ammonia is simple combine half a cup of ammonia with warm water, a liquid detergent such as Jet Dry, and rubbing alcohol. Funny story, but first a disclaimer: do not judge me for this.
